I am a Senior Fellow at Swarthmore College, where I focus on social innovation and systems thinking. I am particularly interested in how institutions -- especially in the Global South -- adapt global frameworks, and in roles related to institutional strategy, education design, social innovation, and systems change.
Previously, I worked at the social entrepreneurship pioneer Ashoka, collaborating with more than 45 universities across 10 countries to strengthen their social innovation ecosystems. I have also contributed to projects with organizations including Oxfam, the European Commission, the World Economic Forum, and the British Council.
I studied economics at Swarthmore College and completed my graduate degree at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School. I am originally from Nepal, where I contributed to the early conceptualization of the country’s National Innovation Center, including leading the design and implementation of two rural innovation labs. Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance cycling and photography.
